Let’s create a living home.
Connected & Living Home
While AI continues to evolve, we are also witnessing a loss of deeper connections with nature and others, leading to a dulling of both physical and emotional sensitivity. In response to this modern reality, we have created "ivi house," a timeless yet new type of living space where we can live in harmony with nature once again through "movement + sensation + connection." A completely new form of symbiosis between people and their homes, designed to awaken the senses.

Movement, sensation, connection.
The combination of curved architectural structures and interior forms encourages natural, graceful human movement. Like a living presence, the home embraces its inhabitants with its organic spatial design, providing comfort and relaxation. The exterior design is inspired by traditional Japanese hedgerows, gently shielding the interior from outside views while allowing soft, dappled light enter the space, much like sunlight filtering through trees. This creates a serene air and a sense of time gently passing by.
A subconscious experience enveloped by the home's heartbeat and warmth.
The lighting system uses sensors to detect human movement, gently illuminating in the direction a person is heading, the home almost acting as a guide. This natural behavior encourages affordance (unconscious actions). Environmental sounds, adjusted according to the changing seasons and our movements, create a sense of unity with nature and spatial expansion. These elements are integrated and controlled by a single system, providing an experience where the home autonomously responds, offering new sensory stimulation for its residents
Conventional lighting typically remains on at a constant rate of illumination, but natural light changes, like the shifting shadows of clouds or sunlight filtering through trees. When this light harmonizes with sound and scent, it creates a sense of spatial expansion and brings a vitality to the home itself.
HASEKO Group

The overall design employs continuous curves throughout, complemented by the seamless integration of dynamically controlled lighting and acoustics to create a cohesive, life-like spatial experience. In addition, the architecture emphasizes a fluid connection to the exterior, embodying a home that fosters a sense of nature even within an urban context.
