Handling of Client Complaints and Disputes
HASEKO Real Estate Investment Management has established the “Regulations for Handling Inquiries, Complaints, and Other Concerns Related to the Financial Instruments Business” and is committed to responding to client complaints and disputes promptly and in good faith in order to achieve a fair resolution.
1. Reception and Support [Hours] Weekdays, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Upon receiving an inquiry, the Client Relations Office will conduct an internal investigation and verification, propose an appropriate resolution, and work toward an amicable settlement through discussion.

2. Use of External Organizations Under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act
In addition to our office, clients may use the following external organization, which has been designated to provide complaint handling and dispute resolution services by the Japan Investment Advisers Association and the Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association, of which HASEKO Real Estate Investment Management is a member.
