Examples of Communication with Stakeholders

Communication at Haseko Condominium Museum

Haseko Condominium Museum opened in Tama City, Tokyo in 2018 as part of the Haseko Group’s 80th anniversary projects.
It is the first condominium museum in Japan in which visitors can see, touch, feel, and learn various things about condominiums, including the history of condominiums and transition of floor plans as well as design, construction, repair, and rebuilding of condominiums.
The museum has had a wide array of visitors, including residents from the community, business partners, and persons engaged in domestic and foreign housing industry. In addition to new employees and Group companies, this is also used in external training. We also proactively hold events that captivate not only local residents but also kids and younger generations, including the HASEKO Riko Challenge Summer and the Disaster Prevention Festival, as a place to relax, learn and communicate, and these events saw a total of 3,760 visitors in FY2024, with the cumulative total of visitors standing at 23,434.

The Condominium Disaster Prevention Exhibition, which has been held since September 2019 under the theme of disaster prevention that is possible only for condominiums, was made permanent in April 2022 due to the popularity of the exhibition among customers. The exhibition has been expanded to include countermeasures against wind and flood damage, which have been increasing in recent years, introduction of Smart Water Tanks, home evacuation, etc. The disaster preparedness manuals with useful information for daily life are also distributed to all visitors.
Furthermore, in April 2025, we completely revamped the Future Housing Zone, an exhibition based on the theme of Living house, which allows visitors to experience the new value in living brought about by housing complexes through the use of digital technology.
The Company intends to continuously develop the museum as an information dissemination hub to ensure that the visitors can recognize the deep history of multiple-family dwelling houses and how interesting the creation of condominiums is. In addition, we will contribute to regional development and revitalization through interaction with local communities and society.

Collaborative workshop with the Romancecar Museum

On August 22 and 23, 2024, we collaborated with the Romancecar Museum in Ebina City, Kanagawa to hold a workshop for parents and children called “Let’s build towns along the Odakyu Tama Line.” This was the first collaboration event between the Haseko Condominium Museum and other company’s museum.
Participants filled in a large map with drawings of the stations and tracks of the Odakyu Tama Line, where the Haseko Condominium Museum is located. Using paper craft houses and wooden station and train models, participants were able to learn about the unique features of towns along the railway line while enjoying time together as a family and visiting the Haseko Condominium Museum. Over the two-day period, the event was attended by 18 groups with a total of 48 people (including 28 children).

Holding the Condominium Building Community Festival, a construction site tour for employees and their families

The Condominium Building Community Festival is an event in which employees of the Group and their families are invited to construction sites to experience construction work and equipment firsthand, in order to deepen their understanding of the appeal of manufacturing and the work involved. It has been held continuously since 2007 as a valuable opportunity for employees and their families to feel pride in their jobs, as well as to pass on the appeal of the construction industry to the next generation.
