The Four Main Themes We Value

The social issues surrounding our daily lives are becoming increasingly complex and advanced. Facing up to such changes in the social environment, the Haseko Group aims to leverage its strengths and business specialty to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
Toward the realization of our Sustainability Vision, we intend to always be the corporate group of choice for future generations by creating value from the four perspectives of creating attractive living spaces, building a company worth working at, protecting the precious environment, and nurturing a culture of trust, and finding solutions to issues faced by society while achieving sustained growth.

Process to achieve our vision

Process to achieve our vision

Toward the achievement of our Sustainability Vision, the Haseko Group identifies material issues beginning with the social issues surrounding our daily lives, and systematically undertakes initiatives under our Sustainability Policy.
The four main themes link action on each material issue to our business activities, and we view them as the areas in which the Group provides value to society. The specific measures for each material issue have been set out in our Sustainability Action Plan, and we keep track of progress on the basis of preset indicators and other figures. By making incremental improvements through regular reviews based on our sustainability management system, we will increase the effectiveness of our initiatives and leverage this to help achieve a sustainable society and improved corporate value.
